Individual tax services
Individual income tax returns prepared end to end, salary and wage earners, investment income, investment property owners and rental schedules, capital gains tax calculations, foreign income reporting and sole trader schedules, reconciled against ATO pre fill and ready for review.
We claim every deduction your client is genuinely entitled to, and no more, work related expenses, working from home claims, motor vehicle, depreciation and investment costs, each tested against ATO rules and substantiation requirements, with anything borderline flagged for your reviewer rather than assumed.
Business tax services, companies, trusts, partnerships & sole traders
Returns for every structure you act for: company returns with financial statements, tax reconciliations, deferred tax calculations, franking account reporting and tax effect accounting; trust returns with distribution calculations, beneficiary statements and trust minutes assistance; partnership returns with partner distribution schedules and capital account reconciliations; and sole trader schedules, each with supporting workpapers prepared to review ready stage.
The technical areas are where returns go wrong, so we treat them deliberately: we test private company loans and payments for Division 7A and prepare complying loan and minimum repayment calculations; flag exposure for Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT); apply Fuel Tax Credits (FTC) at the correct rates; and work through franking and imputation, trust distributions and small business CGT concessions carefully, documenting the reasoning so your reviewer can see exactly how each position was reached.
Tax planning support
Technical tax planning calculations, scenarios and workpapers prepared behind your advice: estimated taxable income and tax payable, year end and pre 30 June planning, CGT, Division 7A, trust distribution and superannuation contribution scenarios, with clear assumptions and workings your accountants can review and take straight into the client conversation.

Outsourced tax preparation questions Australian practices ask
How does outsourced tax preparation work?
You give a dedicated offshore tax accountant role based access to your tax software and document portal. They prepare each return on your templates, reconciled to ATO prefill and prior year, a Review Manager refines the job, and it comes back with workpapers, a position summary and one consolidated queries list. Your registered agent reviews, signs and lodges.
Do you track our clients' lodgement deadlines?
Yes. Every entity sits in a deadline calendar we maintain against the lodgement program, and work is scheduled ahead of due dates rather than chased after them. You see the status at any time.
Will you ever contact our clients?
No, never. All queries come to your team in one batched list. The engagement is fully white label and your clients deal only with your practice.
Who lodges the return?
You do. We prepare everything to review ready stage; your registered tax agent reviews, signs and lodges. We can also help action any review points.
What does review ready actually mean?
Four things on every job: the completed return, complete reconciled workpapers with supporting schedules, a summary of how each technical position was reached, and open items flagged in a single queries list. Your reviewer signs with confidence rather than redoing the work.
Which entity types do you cover?
Individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders, plus FBT returns and BAS and IAS preparation. SMSF is handled by our dedicated SMSF team, see the SMSF service page.
How do you handle Division 7A, FBT and Fuel Tax Credits?
Deliberately, and with the working shown. We test private company loans for Div 7A and prepare complying loan calculations, flag FBT exposure, and apply Fuel Tax Credits at the correct rates, documenting each position so your reviewer can check and sign quickly.
How much does outsourced tax preparation cost?
It depends on entity mix, volume and whether you want a dedicated resource or per job capacity, so we quote after a discovery call rather than publishing a rate card. Practices typically compare it against the fully loaded cost of an Australian tax accountant including superannuation, leave, software seats, recruitment and turnover.
Can you cope with tax season volume?
Yes. You can scale capacity up for peak periods and back down afterwards, with overnight turnaround available so returns are ready the next morning.
Will an offshore accountant understand Australian tax?
Yes. Our accountants work exclusively on Australian returns and train continuously on ATO and legislative change, including Div 7A, FBT, franking, trust distributions and CGT concessions. They prepare in Xero Tax, MYOB AE/AO and HandiSoft every day.
Is our clients' data secure?
Yes. We work inside your systems and subscriptions over encrypted, role based access, so data stays in a secured environment. There are no downloads, no printing and no removable media, every team member signs an NDA, and our practices align with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call, or start with a single trial return so you can judge the pack that comes back before anything else moves across. We map your entity mix, software and review process, agree scope, security and the deadline calendar, and most practices are live within one to two weeks.
The quality of the workpapers, supporting records and documentation helped demonstrate the work undertaken by the practice and assisted in protecting both the practice and its tax agent registration.
